Built during an expansion in 1995, this state-of-the-art facility houses 90 Quancept-equipped interviewing stations, and is equipped with predictive dialing capabilities. The facility also houses client service, administrative and some executive management offices.

Bilingual Interviewing
Our central Florida location affords CCI the opportunity to provide you with skilled, fully bilingual Spanish speaking interviewers. This location means that CCI in language interviews derive from a range of countries of origin. This is important in making the respondents as comfortable as possible when competing your surveys. Survey translation is available, if desired.
