Interviewer Recruiting and Training

Upon fielding by the Call Center, your project will be staffed with Research Assistants who have successfully completed our rigorous 3-phase hiring process and detailed Research training program. We are extremely selective in our staffing of Research Assistants to administer your project. Our staff is composed of individuals who are selected on their voice quality, reliability and objectivity.

Initially, all prospective interviewers are screened for their verbal skills. Only if a candidate passes that screening test are they scheduled for an in-person interview. During that phase of the process, the applicant is administered a battery of vocational tests to determine their aptitude for the position. Upon satisfactorily passing the pre-screening, interview and screening, the applicant is offered a position in a training group. Only upon completion of the full training process is an applicant offered a position as a Research Assistant.
